DocStoc CEO Jason Nazar and writer/entrepreneur Vivek Wadhwa will join the "This Week in Startups" news roundtable on TWiST #197 live at 1pm PDT today [ Watch TWiST live here at 1pm ].

DocStoc provides a platform to upload and share documents on the web. Prior to co-founding DocStoc with Alon Schwartz in 2007, Jason was a partner at Venature Capital and Consulting and also founded Choice Speakers Inc.

Vivek Wadhwa is a columnist for the Washington Post, Bloomberg and BusinessWeek and founded Relativity Technologies in 1997, which was later sold to Mico Focus for $9.7M in 2008.

The roundtable will discuss the the stories that receive the most votes on Ranker. Currently, the three top stories are "Google Engineer's Rant Goes Public," "iPhone 4S Smashes Sales Records," and "Microsoft's Skype Acquisition Approved."
