Evernote launched its app for the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet today, making the ultimate note-creating and keeping tool available on three tablet platforms.

Earlier this month, Android tablet maker HTC used Evernote's open API to build the app directly into Sense, an interface that optimizes the Android user experience. For now, only Evernote for Android has full Skitch integration. However, as Evernote VP of Marketing Andrew Sinkov writes on the Noteworthy Blog, this is only the first release of the PlayBook.

On the PlayBook and HTC tablets, Evernote users can record audio and attach those files to notes -- something Evernote for iPad lacks. The Evernote iOS update in August added support for rich text among other features [ see our story ].

HTC also allows users to record audio while taking either typed or handwritten notes. The digital pen tool, however, is only available on HTC Flyer and HTC Jetstream tablets.

Evernote, founded in 2007, raised $50M in July.
